מצ"ב פירוט של שני פרוייקטים שנמצאים בשלבי אשרור ע"י ה - EBRD  (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) .

1. Project title: Compendium of Energy Solutions for the Water Sector

Amount: EUR 160,000; Cross Regional.

i)identifies the current energy efficiency measures, energy generation measures and energy management measures that drive better utility performance/operations , ii)it would highlight costs and benefits citing case studies iii) prepare a ‘ready reckoner’ such that a utility could gauge its energy solution maturity and the menu of energy options, implementation timeframe etc to realise the benefits.  In due course this could be piloted with the client. 

2. Project title: “Roadmap to enhanced Digital Resilience in the water sector”

Amount: EUR 140,000; Cross Regional.

Given digital solutions, IT systems are now the norm for increased operational management and with real-time/cloud-based control of systems emerging it would be useful for our clients to learn about how we assure i) careful information management practices and controls within utilities where information and digital solutions are part of the project, ii) assure asset/service reliability for customers looking at cyber security etc protocols, and iii) opine on measures for iii) appropriate treatment of customer sensitive data. The aim would be to map out a framework that utilities could use to assess compliance and strengthen future Corporate Development Programmes.
